Free Drama Online
Tom365 is now offering drama online for free. The site is in chinese, it will be a little difficult for those who do not understand mandarin. One need to install the QVOD player that will plugin to your IE in order to watch the free drama. As there is no free lunch is this world, as an IT literate, I am worry if there is any hanky panky with the player that will cause my million dollar data in my machine to null 
; Yet, I really want to watch those free movies!! How ??
If you have read my previous post about virtualization, you know there is an answer to let you watch the free movie without worries. Without heisitation, you can fired out your VirtualBox, create a 4GB virtual disk with the wizard, and load a copy of clean Windows XP if you familiar with VirtualBox, if not just put in your WindowsXP installation disk and install into the new virtual disk. This would not be bullet proof for spam but it increase a layer of security to your host machine, while the guest machine, we can always install a new one that take us around 20 minutes or just use your captured snapshot to go back to your guest machine initial state in below 5 minutes.
Now visit http://www.tom365.com and install the QVOD plugin. You can do it the easy way. Click on any movie you want to watch. A new window/tab appear with info about the movie you selected. Just below the summary of the movie, you will see the [1] or [2] link. Click on either one of them and another new window appears and ask you to install. Choose the left link
When prompted, click run and installed it on the fly. Some will have problem to proceed the installation if it is not a chinese native windows. However there is character associate with the buttons. So just follow this sequence : (N) -> (I) -> (I) -> (F). You are done and the player will launced. Now close the player and go back to the IE page where you see the [1] or [2] link. Click on them again and Voila you have your movie/drama streaming online.
